With the COVID-19 virus closing down the world and everyone donning their masks, BW Offices at Roosevelt Commons started to wonder what we can do to improve the situation for our tenants.
We already have a killer “re-opening” party in the works, but we wondered what would actually make our space even more inviting to our incredible list of tenants.
With that in mind, we reached out to our HVAC contractor and inquired about the current technology in air filtration and purification on a large scale. It turns out that there is a new state-of-the-art technology called the Fresh-Aire In-Duct Air Purification System, which combines UV-C light and activated carbon to achieve previously unmatched microbial and odor reduction. This system sterilizes viruses, mold, bacteria, and allergens, and neutralizes toxic volatile organic compounds.
BW Offices at Roosevelt Commons will be installing this system in the coming weeks, and although there may be some minor inconveniences during installation, it will give our tenants peace of mind knowing that the air they breathe each day in their office is sterilized and purified with the best technology available on the market today.
